From the direction of James McTeigue, an action-packed tale movie starring Rain as Raizo who is of one of the deadliest assassin in the world, starts his journey when he was taken from the street and trained to be assassin by the Ozunu Clan, a secret society whose very existence if considered myth. He transformed into an unstoppable killing machine. But one moment, Ozunu killed Raizo’s friend and he wanted to take a revenge from those clan who taught him how to be a killer.

Later, in Berlin, Europol agent Mika (Naomi Harris) discovers a money trail connecting multiple political murders to a mysterious network of elusive assassins from the Far East. While her superior, Ryan Maslow (Ben Miles) orders her to back down and stop asking questions, but she still wanted to know the truth behind the murders. Her investigation makes her teh target, and the Ozunu Clan sends a team, led by Takeshi (Rick Yune) to kill her and to prevent her from further investigation. Raizo saves her from the Ozunu Clan. He is very sure that the clan will not stop until he and Mika are both dead. Raizo become Mika’s protector and at the same time, he is taking a revenge to the people who killed his friend. Now, Raizo and Mika are hunted through the winding streets of Europe. They need to trust one another in order to survive and finally bring down the Ozunu Clan forever.

This is going to be Rain’s one of his biggest break in the movie industry. Although we saw him before in the Korean films and TV series, the Ninja Assassin will reveal his outmost talent as an actor. There’s a rumor that after this movie, he is going to enter the military.Before the shooting of this movie, the Wachowskis were dissatisfied of the script and hired J.
